- Font: Typeface (e.g., Arial, Times New Roman).
- Size: Point size of the text.
- Color: Text color.
- Style: Bold, Italic, Underline.
- Alignment: Left, Center, Right, Justify.
- Lists: Create bulleted or numbered lists for better readability.

Images can significantly enhance visual appeal and convey messages quickly.
- From File: Go to Insert > Image and browse to select an image file from your computer.
- Resizing and Moving: Click on the image to select it. Drag the corner handles to resize proportionally. Click and drag the image to reposition it on the slide.
Adding Shapes
Shapes can be used for diagrams, flowcharts, or simply as decorative elements.
- Inserting Shapes: Select the 'Shapes' tool from the toolbar. Choose a shape (e.g., rectangle, circle, arrow) and draw it on your slide.
